Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data/leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to courses, admissions, fees, and facilities.
- Explain course details and generate interest among students/parents.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admission counsellor team for lead handover and closure.
- Maintain call quality, professionalism, and proper communication etiquette.
