Civil Engineer – Weighbridge & Weighing Systems

Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of civil works related to electronic weighbridges and industrial weighing systems. The candidate will be responsible for site surveys, foundation design, project execution, quality control, and coordination with clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for weighbridge installations.
- Prepare civil drawings, layouts, foundation plans, and BOQs.
- Supervise construction and installation of weighbridge foundations and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare work reports.
- Inspect and verify civil works before weighbridge commissioning.
- Manage maintenance and repair activities related to weighbridge civil structures.
- Estimate project costs and material requirements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploam, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil construction, industrial projects, or weighbridge installations.
- Knowledge of RCC design, foundation work, and structural engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electronic weighbridges, truck scales, or industrial weighing systems.
- Knowledge of government regulations and standards related to weighbridge installations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams.
