We’re looking for someone who can identify and build meaningful partnerships that introduce AMINU to new audiences in authentic ways. This could mean collaborating with a creator, co-creating a product, bundling products with another brand, building relationships with niche communities, designing thoughtful seeding programs, or bringing together people who share our belief in science-backed skincare and longevity.
This is not a traditional brand management role.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, deeply connected, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of creating partnerships that feel intentional and mutually valuable.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research creators, experts, founders, brands, communities, and organisations that align with AMINU’s values and target audience- Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across beauty, wellness, longevity, healthcare, hospitality, fitness, fashion, luxury, and emerging lifestyle categories
- Conceptualise and execute creator collaborations ranging from content partnerships and educational series to long-term ambassador relationships
- Develop and manage brand-to-brand collaborations, including co-created products, limited-edition kits, gifting initiatives, bundled offers, community experiences, and other innovative formats
- Design and execute community seeding programs that place AMINU into the hands of highly relevant and influential individuals within niche communities
- Build meaningful relationships with creators, KOLs, industry experts, founders, and community leaders
- Lead outreach, negotiations, partnership discussions, and relationship management from first conversation to execution
- Create collaboration concepts, campaign narratives, creator briefs, scripts, and activation plans
- Coordinate execution across internal teams including brand, content, design, PR, performance marketing, and B2B
- Manage product gifting and creator relationship programs with a premium, personalised approach
- Explore offline and experiential opportunities including founder events, community gatherings, salon activations, wellness experiences, and educational initiatives
- Track performance and learnings from collaborations to continuously improve partnership strategy
- Stay ahead of emerging creators, communities, platforms, cultural trends, and partnership models
Who We’re Looking For
3–8 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, creator relations, PR, talent management, community building, business development, or related functions- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and how influence is built across different communities
- Excellent instincts for identifying creators, brands, and communities that are aligned with a premium audience
- A strong network of creators, founders, industry experts, agencies, or community leaders is a plus
- Ability to think beyond conventional influencer campaigns and develop original partnership ideas
- Comfortable moving between strategy and execution
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
- Self-starter who enjoys building new initiatives from scratch
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
