Meta Ads Manager (Performance Marketing Executive)

About the Role
Lazy Lizard Skincare is looking for a creative and data-driven Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns. If you love scaling brands through performance marketing and understand how to turn clicks into conversions, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Plan conversion, traffic, retargeting, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, interest targeting, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and marketing content.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Pixel.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API.
- Experience with e-commerce performance marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Shopify and website conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a performance-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with beauty, skincare, wellness, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic creative briefing.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
- Experience in scaling profitable campaigns.
