Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager role based in Bengaluru. The CRM Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from initial inquiry through post-handover support, ensuring a consistent and positive experience. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the CRM system, tracking customer interactions, segmenting customer groups, and generating insights to guide sales and marketing activities. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure timely responses, accurate information sharing, and effective follow-up with prospective and existing customers. The CRM Manager will also monitor customer feedback, identify areas for service improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret CRM data, track metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Knowledge of market segmentation and customer profiling to support targeted campaigns and personalized communication.
- Project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery of customer-focused projects.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools or platforms and proficiency in MS Excel or similar data tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in CRM are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
