BPO Voice & Non-Voice Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Voice & Non-Voice Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately update customer information and maintain records.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline).
- 0–1 year of experience in a BPO Voice or Non-Voice process (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
