- Re-engage and convert abandoned or dormant leads from existing CRM databases
- Drive repeat purchases and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the Zirakpur and surrounding territory
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets of ₹3,00,000 and above
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, visits, and digital channels
- Accurately maintain sales records, call logs, and customer data in the CRM
- Provide timely market feedback and competitor insights to the management team
- Adhere to all company compliance guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager
