Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end tendering and e-procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids on various e-procurement portals, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tenders on government and private e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for obtaining required documents and approvals.
- Handle bid submissions on portals such as GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals, and private tender platforms.
- Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), EMDs, and Bank Guarantees.
- Maintain a database and tracker of all active and submitted tenders.
- Respond to tender-related queries, clarifications, and corrigendums.
- Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, company policies, and submission timelines.
- Maintain records of work orders, purchase orders, and awarded contracts.
- Prepare periodic reports and MIS related to tender activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-tendering and procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-procurement, tender management, or bid management.
- Experience handling government and private sector tenders will be preferred.
