Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Ecommerce & Inventory Manager to manage and grow our Amazon store. This role focuses on day-to-day Amazon operations including pricing management, inventory control, product sourcing, and shipment coordination to ensure smooth and profitable ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, pricing, and catalog updates
- Actively monitor and adjust product prices to remain competitive and maximize margins
- Track inventory levels and plan timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Create and manage FBA and FBM shipments, including labeling and coordination with logistics partners
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and resolve discrepancies with Amazon
- Identify and source new products, suppliers, or variations to expand the product range
- Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, images, keywords) to improve visibility and sales
- Monitor sales performance, inventory health, and account metrics
- Handle basic issue resolution related to listings, inventory, and order fulfillment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong understanding of FBA and FBM processes
- Experience with inventory planning and replenishment
- Ability to monitor pricing and conduct competitor analysis
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory tracking tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with product sourcing or vendor management
- Knowledge of Amazon fees, reports, and inventory performance metrics
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising (PPC) is a plus
