We’re looking for someone who can run the daily operations of our kitchen and dispatch system, ensuring everything flows smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations: Execute and manage kitchen checklists, manage order flow, coordinate with kitchen team for production plan, packaging and dispatch.
2. Track inventory and stock sheets, coordinate with vendors
3. Handling basic billing, low volume guests and basic beverage orders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
