Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions with a primary focus on recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong knowledge of labor laws applicable in Kerala/India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60%)
● Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
● Develop job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
● Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates
● Manage recruitment vendors and consultants
● Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment trackers
3. Statutory Compliance & Payroll Support (30%)
● Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws ( ESI, Gratuity,etc.)
● Coordinate statutory filings and documentation
● Liaise with auditors and government authorities
● Support manual payroll inputs and validation
4. HR Operations (10%)
● Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
● Maintain employee records and HRIS data
● Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
● Support performance management processes
● Ensure policy implementation and HR best practices
Qualifications & Skills
● MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
● 5+ years overall HR experience and 2 year in a similar position manager or assistant manager position
● Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
● Good knowledge of Kerala/India labor laws
● Experience in payroll and statutory compliance
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office

Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
