Software Engineer — Campus Hiring
About the Role
We're hiring software engineers from campus to build and maintain real product features across web, cloud, and enterprise systems. You'll write clean code, work with modern frameworks and data systems, and grow into advanced engineering and AI/ML work under senior mentorship. We care about strong fundamentals and genuine problem-solving ability over buzzwords.
Compensation
CTC offered based on performance in the assessment and interview process.
What You'll Do

Write clean, efficient, well-tested code and support debugging and QA cycles

Build and maintain applications across web, cloud, and enterprise systems

Work with databases, APIs, and modern frameworks on live product features

Contribute to AI/ML and deep learning initiatives under senior mentorship

Collaborate in a fast-moving team and learn on the job
Eligibility
-
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT or related)
-
No active backlogs; minimum aggregate as per drive criteria

At least one programming language (C/C++/Java/Python)
What We're Looking For
Data Structures & Algorithms: Arrays, strings, recursion, trees, sorting and searching, hashing, basic dynamic programming, and complexity analysis-
CS Fundamentals: OOP concepts, operating systems basics, computer networks basics

DBMS: Relational concepts, SQL queries, normalization, indexing basics

System Design (basic): Ability to reason about simple, scalable designs — APIs, caching, load balancing at a conceptual level

AI / ML / Deep Learning: Working understanding of core ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, evaluation metrics) and exposure to deep learning (neural networks, CNNs/RNNs); a relevant project or internship is a strong plus

Mindset: Clear problem-solving under time pressure, ability to explain your reasoning, and willingness to learn
