Job Title: Curriculum & Learning Experience Designer (K-12)
About the Role:
We are building a next-generation Future Skills Academy for children (ages 3–16) and
are looking for a creative Curriculum & Learning Experience Designer to develop
engaging, activity-based learning programs.
Responsibilities:
Design curriculum and learning pathways for:
o Public Speaking
o Creative Writing
o Financial Literacy
o AI & Generative AI
o Coding
Develop lesson plans, teacher guides, student worksheets, assessments, and
project-based activities.
Create age-appropriate, interactive, and outcome-driven learning experiences.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content quality and
accuracy.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate curriculum
development.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, or Learning
Experience Design.
Experience in K-12 or EdTech curriculum development.
Strong understanding of child learning, pedagogy, and activity-based education.
Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Preferred Background:
Experience with companies such as PlanetSpark, BrightCHAMPS, Bhanzu, LEAD
School, Byju’s, WhiteHat Jr, or other K-12/EdTech organizations is preferred.
