This is a warm calling role — you'll be speaking with learners who have already shown interest. Your job is to understand their goals and guide them toward the right program.
Role: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: J.P Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office), 6 days a week (11-8)
Experience: 1-5 Years
Industry: EdTech | Certification | Higher Education
Benefits: Upto 9 lpa, variable upto 3-3.5 lpa
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads—learners who attended company workshops
- Understand career goals and recommend the right certification program
- Handle queries on curriculum, fees, outcomes, and career prospects
- Manage CRM pipeline and maintain structured follow-up cadence
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Share market feedback with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- 1-5 years in EdTech sales, inside sales, or academic counselling
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable building relationships entirely over calls
- Self-motivated with a strong performance mindset
- Awareness of AI, Data, or Digital Marketing trends (preferred)
