Job Title: Academic CounselorKey Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on online and distance learning programs.
- Connect with leads through calls and follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Ensure a smooth pre- and post-admission experience.
- Collaborate with the team to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or counseling experience is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
