We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Director This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive. Must be ok to travel and open to work late hours when required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Organize business events, review meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Accurately recording meeting minutes/notes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Additional certifications in administration or executive management are a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
