Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with menu choices and provide detailed information about dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or requests courteously.
- Process payments and maintain billing accuracy.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
