Job Overview:
TRIPYARRI is looking for a passionate and energetic Travel Consultant who can assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences. The candidate should have good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a basic understanding of domestic and international travel packages.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer travel inquiries through calls and messages
- Suggest suitable travel packages, hotels, flights, and activities
- Convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with clients for travel requirements and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Assist in creating memorable travel experiences for clients
- Maintain customer records and booking details
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages
- Sales and customer handling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in travel industry will be an added advantage
