Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

About the Role
Bridging Gaps is looking for passionate and result-driven Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists (Non-IT) with prior experience in a staffing/recruitment firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Conduct headhunting for niche and leadership roles.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Achieve hiring targets while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6 Months – 3 Years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in a Staffing/Recruitment Firm is Mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting expertise.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates must be available for a Face-to-Face interview in Noida.
