Inventory & Material Management
- Stock Tracking: Monitor and record all products/materials inward and outward, maintaining accurate ledgers in ERP systems (like SAP or Tally).
- Reorder Levels: Ensure minimum stock values are maintained to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Quality & Audits: Conduct regular physical and quarterly stock audits, and process returns or handle damaged products.
- Safety & Security: Restrict unauthorized access to storage areas and ensure safety standards are followed.
Daily Operations
- Store Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, including billing, cash management, and maintaining store merchandising standards.
- Sales Performance: Implement sales strategies, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and meet target revenue goals.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
