Hotel Chenthur Park is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage room reservations and booking requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hotel software).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
