The Tele calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and achieving assigned targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 200 outbound calls daily to prospective customer.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers regularly.
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for conversions
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
