About the Role
We are looking for an empathetic, student-focused Academic Mentor who can guide and support students throughout their preparation journey.
What you'll do:
- Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions with students and understand their individual preparation needs.
- Identify the challenges students face during their preparation and provide practical, personalized solutions.
- Respond to students' regular queries and concerns through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure they feel supported throughout their preparation journey.
- Conduct webinars, AMAs, and interactive sessions to address common student concerns and provide guidance at scale.
- Proactively engage with students and understand their feedback, challenges, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the product's functionality.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure every student interaction is thoughtful, helpful, and empathetic.
What we're looking for
- Is a good communicator and can express themselves clearly and confidently.
- Is an empathetic listener who understands and cares about students' concerns.
- Is comfortable speaking to students individually as well as addressing larger groups through webinars and AMAs.
Eligibility:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fresh graduates and experienced individuals with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
