We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
