NetApp Keystone is a pay-as-you-grow, subscription-based service that delivers a seamless hybrid cloud experience for customers who prefer an OpEx consumption model over a CapEx or leasing model. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Keystone PMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver new features to the market for NetApp's STaaS offering. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, GTM and business operations teams to define program goals, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Leveraging your exceptional leadership, communication and technical skills, you’ll ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with strategic objectives.
- Overseeing multiple concurrent programs, developing detailed project plans, and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
- Enable cooperation and alignment in the program across all roles and functions in multiple geos.
- Relentless follow up across multiple teams, navigate through ambiguity and drive towards common goals.
- Build deep and productive working relationships across Engineering, product management and business operations, understanding the Keystone product, challenging business assumptions and offering a point of view to assist in the decision-making process.
- Identify important issues and risks, recommend options and facilitate team decisions.
- Anticipate roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Lead regular program reviews with VPs and senior leaders.
- Drive product launch announcements and Enablement collateral with GTM, Marketing and Product teams
- Effective use of available AI technologies(Cursor, Copilot) to bring process efficiencies.

- Expertise in JIRA, ADO, Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, SharePoint etc.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering/ technical project management / release management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Good understanding of release management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to understand project and resource interdependencies within a program or portfolio.
- Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks proactively, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.
- Storage industry experience & PMP Certification is a plus
A minimum of 8 years of experience is required.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a Master’s Degree; or equivalent experience is required.
