As a Level 1 Nexthink Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our Nexthink environment. You will work closely with the senior Nexthink team to ensure that our digital experience management platform delivers valuable insights and enhances the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Nexthink Platform Management:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of the Nexthink platform components.
- Monitor and maintain Nexthink servers, databases, and agents.
- Ensure that the platform is up and running smoothly.
2. User Support and Issue Resolution:
- Respond to user inquiries and issues related to Nexthink functionality.
- Collaborate with the Level 2 and Level 3 teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify digital experience trends and anomalies.
- Help create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
4. Documentation:
- Document Nexthink configurations, changes, and best practices.
- Keep knowledge base articles up to date.
5. Training and Onboarding:
- Provide basic training to end-users and junior team members on Nexthink features and usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and digital experience management concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Certified Associate) are a plus but not required.
