Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, business development, sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and explain company products/services professionally.
- Generate leads through various marketing and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of customer and sales activities.
- Work closely with the team to improve sales performance.
- Participate in company training, meetings, and marketing activities.
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Training
5 Days Company-Provided Training will be given to selected candidates to understand the role, products, communication, and business process.
Earning Opportunity
₹18,000 – ₹35,000+ per month based on performance and incentives.

Accommodation Charge: ₹3,500 for the first month only.
