Role Overview
The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality control, cost management, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing daily operations, staff performance, vendor coordination, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and manage restaurant/canteen/kitchen operations efficiently.
· Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
· Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and cost control.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
· Train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff to maintain service excellence.
· Prepare budgets, control expenses, and optimize operational costs.
· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
· Coordinate with management to plan menus, pricing, and promotions.
· Identify opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
· Assisting and executing the initial operational setup for the restaurant.
· Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including service quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale catering.
- Prior experience in managing teams and vendors is essential.
- Exposure to budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting is an advantage.
