Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel & Holidays Executive with 2–3 years of experience in travel planning, holiday package sales, and customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for designing customized travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Book flights, hotels, visas, insurance, transfers, and sightseeing packages.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide pre-travel and post-travel assistance to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa regulations, and promotional offers.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations.
- Experience in handling GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo preferred).
- Good understanding of visa documentation and travel insurance.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism/Travel preferred).
- Certification in Travel & Tourism is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour company.
