Job Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of Air Conditioners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC complaints efficiently.
- Handle split AC, inverter AC, and related cooling systems.
- Attend customer service calls and provide proper support.
- Ensure timely completion of service work.
- Maintain service reports and customer feedback records.
- Follow company protocols, discipline, and customer handling standards.
Requirements
- Experience in AC installation and service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and cooling systems.
- Ability to identify and rectify technical issues.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in electronics and home appliances field preferred.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,320.46 - ₹20,993.22 per month
