Job Description – Sr. Technician (ITI Fitter / Electrician)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location : MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Gross per month)
About the Role:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated Sr. Technicians with an ITI Fitter or Electrician background. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in machine maintenance, along with exposure to project and site-based work. This role involves preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted machine performance and support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines, equipment, and tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct machine installation, alignment, testing, and routine inspections.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, checklists, and service logs.
- Assist in project-related work, including new machine commissioning and upgrades.
- Support site work as required (client sites, project locations, production floors).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Mandatory knowledge and practical expertise in machine maintenance.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Problem-solving ability and experience managing maintenance tasks independently.
- Exposure to project activities and site work (added advantage).
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- ITI Fitter / ITI Electrician (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in machine and equipment maintenance.
Note : ACCOMMODATION IS FREE, and if they shift from one office to another Food allowances will given.
Plus Travel allowances are also provided by the company.
