Position: HR Manager
Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot
Industry: Investment Casting / Manufacturing
Experience: 2–4 Years (Manufacturing experience preferred)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, labour law compliance, and HR operations. Experience in the manufacturing or investment casting industry is preferred. The candidate should be capable of building a positive work culture while supporting organizational growth and business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, staff, and managerial positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Monitor employee performance and support the performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and corrective actions when required.
- Support management in manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and present workforce analytics to management.
Required Skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Payroll and attendance management knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR).
- Experience in manufacturing, foundry, engineering, or investment casting industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
