We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to handle telecalling activities, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support business growth through effective communication and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and appointments.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over phone calls.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior telecalling or customer handling experience preferred.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in Malayalam and basic English.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Working Nature:
- Primarily telecalling and customer follow-up activities.
- Office-based role.
Pay: ₹11,517.38 - ₹15,000.00 per month
