Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to lead and enhance our agency distribution channel. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of agency leaders and advisors. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, increase market penetration, and ensure the achievement of business targets by implementing effective agency development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents while providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the capabilities of the agency force.
- Support and guide agency leaders in setting personal goals and achieving sales targets.
- Monitor performance metrics of the agency team and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Build strong relationships with agents and encourage a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on agency performance to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency management, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
