Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
Earning Potential: Up to ₹90,000 per month including incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on new leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services, pricing, and offers.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily follow-up and sales reports.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
