The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, showroom, and internal departments. The role requires strong coordination skills, follow-ups, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Support
- Assist sales executives in preparing quotations and proposals
- Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate with the showroom team for product availability
2. Order Processing
- Process sales orders accurately in the system
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation
- Track order status and update customers
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery
3. Client Coordination
- Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Schedule showroom visits or meetings
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Address basic customer queries and escalate if required
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain sales MIS reports
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
- Maintain payment follow-up records
- Support management with required reports
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Customer handling skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
