Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of machines and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and improving machine efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure availability of machine spare parts.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
