About the Opportunity
INNOVISE Healthcare Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputed multi-speciality hospital in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh . We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Hospital Business Development Executive (Corporate Relations) who can strengthen referral networks, generate business opportunities, and enhance the hospital's corporate and institutional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital business development strategies to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop new corporate accounts, institutional tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, corporates, government organizations, and PSUs for empanelment opportunities.
- Promote the hospital's speciality services, health packages, and clinical excellence.
- Plan and execute corporate health check-up camps, awareness programs, CMEs, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to corporates, industries, educational institutions, and government offices.
- Generate referrals through effective relationship management and regular follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient referral patterns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute towards hospital revenue growth.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Hospital Business Development/Corporate Relations.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare marketing and hospital operations.
- Experience in corporate tie-ups, doctor engagement, referral marketing, and institutional business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good networking and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in multi-speciality or super-speciality hospitals.
- Existing network with doctors, corporates, TPAs, and healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.
- Local market knowledge of Ayodhya and nearby districts is preferred.
