Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative pedagogical practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor undergraduate, postgraduate, and research scholars.
- Conduct quality research and publish in reputed journals.
- Apply for funded research projects and consultancy assignments.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Contribute to accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, and industry interactions.
- Support student development, placement, and institutional activities.
- Perform administrative and academic responsibilities assigned by the University.
Eligibility CriteriaAssistant Professor
- Master's Degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks.
- NET qualification or Ph.D. as per UGC or other applicable statutory norms.
- Strong communication, teaching, and research aptitude.
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience as per UGC/AICTE and other regulatory body norms.
- Research publications in reputed journals.
- Demonstrated academic and administrative contributions.
Professor
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience, including experience at the Associate Professor level as per statutory norms.
- Significant research publications, patents, funded projects, or equivalent academic achievements.
- Proven leadership in academics, research, and institutional development.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commitment to teaching and student mentoring.
- Research orientation with quality publications.
- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NEP 2020.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Salary
Salary will be as per University norms and is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and performance. Exceptional candidates may be offered higher compensation.
