We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO, keyword research, technical optimization, and performance analysis, along with exposure to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Experience in the software or IT industry will be an added advantage. The candidate should be capable of improving organic visibility, optimizing websites for AI-driven search experiences, and supporting digital growth initiatives through data-driven SEO strategies.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement SEO best practices including meta tags, internal linking, URL optimization, schema markup, and content structuring.
- Optimize websites and content for AEO and GEO, including featured snippets, AI-generated search results, voice search, and conversational search queries.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Manage and support social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and schedule social media content to improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Monitor website and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and Screaming Frog.
- Work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly implementation across websites and campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.
- Support link-building and content marketing initiatives to improve domain authority and online visibility.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, AEO, GEO, and social media marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-driven search optimization, featured snippets, voice search, and generative search experiences.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and social media tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Meta Business Suite, Moz, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and website structures.
- Experience in schema markup implementation and technical SEO concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Software/IT industry is preferred.
