Are you passionate about customer engagement, communication, and data management? Join What The Flex as a CRM Intern and gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and retention strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communication across Instagram, email, and calls
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Assist in customer segmentation based on purchase history and behaviour
- Prepare daily and weekly CRM performance reports
- Respond to customer queries and feedback while escalating issues when required
- Support the team in improving customer experience and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn CRM tools, customer engagement strategies, and data handling
