Responsibilities:
1.Accounts Payable Management:

Implement and oversee the accounts payable process ensuring adherence to proper approval matrices.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

Monitor and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely resolution of payment issues and inquiries.
2.Financial Record Keeping:
-
Record all financial transactions related to accounts payable and receivables in QuickBooks.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, invoices, and payments.
3.Financial Reporting:
-
Prepare monthly and bi-monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for assigned brands or business units.

Analyze P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
4.Cost Optimization:

Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in various financial processes.

Research and propose alternative solutions for reducing expenses such as shipping fees, merchant fees, and other operational costs.
5.Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial processes.
6.Flexibility and Availability:

Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to accommodate occasional US shift calls or tasks.

Ensure availability during flexible shifts as required by business needs.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. (MBA in Finance preferred for Senior Executive position)

Proven experience in accounts payable management and financial reporting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules and occasional US shift calls.
