About the Role
Vasani Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive / Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records using MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., MBA preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the PVC Pipe, Building Materials, Manufacturing, Hardware, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
