Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with experience in handling bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, communicating with clients, and converting leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through online bidding portals
- Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding project scope and requirements
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain follow-ups and project records
- Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in online bidding/business development
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
- Good communication and proposal writing skills
- Strong understanding of lead generation and client handling
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital marketing/ web & app development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
