Job Opening: Project Lead – Angular, .NET Core & MS SQL Server

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Lead with strong hands-on development expertise in Angular, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will lead software development projects, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor development teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while actively contributing to development and technical design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
- Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure best practices.
- Manage project schedules, task allocation, and team performance.
- Coordinate with clients, management, QA teams, and developers.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Optimize database performance and develop complex queries, stored procedures, and reports in MS SQL Server.
- Conduct technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong experience in Angular (v10+).
- Strong experience in ASP.NET Core / .NET Core Web API.
- Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server, including:
- Database Design
- Stored Procedures
- Functions
- Views
- Performance Tuning
- Query Optimization
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of IIS deployment and application hosting.
- Understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Leadership & Project Management Skills
- Experience leading development teams of 3–10 members.
- Strong project planning and task management capabilities.
- Ability to mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Healthcare, ERP, Finance, or Enterprise Application Development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) will be an added advantage.
