Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our products/services to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calling, warm leads, or follow-ups to introduce our products/services.
- Lead Conversion: Understand customer requirements, answer questions about our offerings, and effectively close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients by providing clear, honest, and helpful information.
- Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, calls made, and sales completed in our CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Handle grievances or objections efficiently to preserve the company’s reputation and secure the sale.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, or similar sales/customer service role is preferred (we also welcome eager freshers with great communication skills).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Results-driven, persistent, patient, and capable of handling rejection with a positive attitude.
- Education: 12 pass
