Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to hiring.
- Experience recruiting for EdTech, Sales, Customer Support, or Technical roles is an added advantage.
