Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop staff; foster a collaborative culture; ensure high performance; handle recruitment and training.
- Operations & Strategy: Oversee daily activities; develop strategic plans; ensure efficient resource use; monitor performance metrics; manage budgets.
- Academics & Compliance: Ensure adherence to educational standards, health/safety rules, and licensing; implement curriculum; maintain a positive learning environment.
- Admissions & Marketing: Drive enrollment by managing admissions; conduct parent interviews; build strong parent/stakeholder relationships.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare performance reports for senior management; serve as a key liaison with other departments and the central school body.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Education, Management preferred).
- Experience: Proven managerial experience, preferably in education or a similar setting, with client management skills.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team building, communication (written/spoken), financial acumen, data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Attributes: Proactive, flexible, caring, and focused on child development.
