About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong sales hunter mindset. The role focuses on outbound lead generation, client acquisition, and building a strong sales pipeline, especially in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients in target industries
- Execute outbound strategies: cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, founders, etc.)
- Qualify leads based on BANT criteria
- Maintain and manage pipeline in CRM (Zoho or similar)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales leadership team
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 -2 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales (IT Services preferred)
- Strong experience in lead generation and outbound sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with international clients (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales tools
