Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and motivate diverse participants (workers, senior citizens, youth) for training sessions.
- Conduct outreach through door‑to‑door visits, community engagement, and local partnerships.
- Coordinate with trainers and location leaders for scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain accurate documentation (attendance, consent forms, beneficiary details).
- Support scheme enrollments, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Ensure outreach targets and quality compliance are met.
